Only path to viability is to pick off mobs with a ranged build. To be fair I haven’t tried chain CC using smoke Grendade and Cold Imbue but Flurry just doesn’t do enough Dmg and to make CC viable u have to TB / Daze each mob down one at a time and that fails in large packs.

Not complaining just letting the melee rogues know for certain: u have a chance to solo a NM 100. 17.4k atk power (which I realize doesn’t mean crap) and it is all irrelevant. And all my gems are CC dmg reduction so technically I didn’t push Life as far as I could. I could have gotten 21k Life using the quest amulet (had i completed the quest at level 100 whereby the Life scales) but not sure that will be a difference maker as I learned about the trick after I completed the quest. Without Fortify mechanics, nothing really matters. I dropped poison trap at 65 ish but it’s dmg reduction may make a diff but for melee I doubt it will make a diff. Only thing I didn’t try was poison trap and redoing paragon around it for trap dmg reduction. U have to go ranged or group with a Barb or Druid to be viable. 158% speed base without combo point bonus. Run puncture, Flurry, TB, all imbues and dropped Shadow for DS for more defense. I added Shadow Imbue then swapped it for Dark Shroud etc. Evade stun with +80% dmg, 41.4% crit chance, every glyph at 21, etc. I went Flurry + TB and 2 imbue (Cold for CC and Poison for single target). After getting 18,685 Life, 8.8k armor and as much Dmg Reduction as possible….it is just not possible to be a melee rogue in80+ NM dungeons solo. But I tried to ‘keep the faith’ and assume I knew better.
